We wanted to upgrade our software this year and Kai negotiated, trained and provided ongoing support with our software. Sadly due to CoVid we couldn’t have the huge teams of volunteers we would normally have which put more pressure on the core team. Kai worked tirelessly at home to ensure everything was set up and working before she came and installed everything at the studio. We have an international setup with live studios in 4 different countries meaning technical support was essential which Kai gladly assisted with. During the month, Kai normalised sound, created podcasts and managed our social media to provide just a few things. Thanks for all your support!
